Privacy policy

This policy explains what Your Listing Refresh collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your order: listing photos, the listing link and address, the details you want highlighted and your instructions.
• Your details: name, broker, phone, email and logo, used to deliver your order and to place on the branded pieces you ordered.
• Payment status: Stripe processes payments. We see that an order was paid, never your card number.
• Messages: emails you send us and our replies.
• Outreach: if we emailed you first, we used your business contact details from publicly available listing information.

How we use it

• To produce, deliver and support your order or free sample.
• To email you about your order and ask for feedback after delivery.
• To send occasional emails about our service. Each one says how to stop them, and we honor that.

We don't sell your personal information or your photos.

Who helps us

We use service providers to run the business: photo-editing and video software, a design tool for social posts, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and file storage, and email providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its part.

How long we keep it

We keep order files for about 90 days after delivery to handle corrections, then delete them. We keep order and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, at hello@yourlistingrefresh.com.
• Reply "stop" to any marketing email to stop receiving them.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The order page may save your details in your own browser so you don't have to type them again next time.
